A SHORT INTRODUCTION TO THIS OUTSTANDING PROJECT:

The area near Roccaverano is famous for the never ending views and the best Goat Cheeses in Piemonte! This is the highest area in Piemonte and you are close to 700 meters above sea level. On a clear day, of which there are many, the views and more or less never ending with the snowy alps in the horizon. It is like a postcard! There is a special atmosphere in this area with peace and beauty mixed together. It really has to be experienced.
The beautiful old stone building with more than 900 m2 is situated on the very top of a hill. Here we have completed the renovation of 5 high quality appartments.
The renovation has been done to the highest possible standards and quality materials and colors have been carefully chosen in order to capture as mush of the original beauty and charm of the building. Our ambition was to bring the apartments up to a modern standard without jeopardizing the touch and the feel of the old building. I sincerely believe that we have succeeded in doing so by using a lot of renovated old building materials, reestablishing the old vaulted brick ceilings, creating large open original stone fireplaces etc. But please have a look at the pictures and see for yourself.
The apartments vary in size from 100-230 m2 and each has an individual design. Each of the apartments has the most wonderful views of the Roccaverano hills with private balconies or terraces. The area offers no better position!

A large swimmingpool 6x12 meters has been established together with a large sun terrasse. The pool has been placed down below the building to avoid noise coming from the pool area. Three large staircases has been established down to the pool area.
The ground is 8000 m2 and is partly fenced in. Iron gates to the parking area and the private courtyard has been established. There is no parking in the courtyard.
This project is for people looking for only the best. Who want's to enjoy the beauty and charm of Piemonte without the hazzle of having to look after a whole house.
A caretaker agreement is in place with an annual cost of approx. 800 euro pr. apartment. This covers maintenance of the outdoor areas, the pool and any minor work on the building etc.
Payment of gas, water, electricity etc. is done on an individual basis. Heating is gas coming from a big central container, but billing is done individually directly from the gas company.
There is underfloor heating in all the apartments as well as large fireplaces wherever it was possible to establish them.
The building has undergone a complete renovation and is completely isolated and everything has been done to bring it up to the highest possible standard.

In the area you will not find a project of a higher quality than this!

All 5 apartments are now finished. We only need to finish the last landscaping work and the completion of the pool, which will be done in the first 2 weeks of May if the weather permits.


DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:

Apartment C is in the middle of the main building. On 3 levels with a total area of 198 m2. The main entrance is in the courtyard and you arrive in the living room on the first floor. To your right you find a wardrobe and in the back there is a toilet. To the left is the living room with a large stone fireplace. From there you can go out to the large private balcony where you can capture the fantastic views. We have used the classical antique looking tile in the living room and Travertin tiles in the wardrobe and in the toilet.
A large open stone staircase with iron railings goes through the middle of the apartment. On the second floor, there are 2 large bedrooms and a large bathroom. High ceilings everywhere and fantastic views from all the windows. Classical red antique looking tiles in the bedrooms and Traverting tiles in the bathroom.
Downstairs in the ground floor you find the large open kitchen/dining area with a beautiful old stone fireplace. Direct access to the private covered terrace through a set of glass window doors. Furthermore there is a large bathroom here and an extra large bed-/guestroom with separate entrance.
We have used Travertin tiles on the entire ground floor.

The courtyard is covered with outdoor tiles, a large old olive has been planted in the middle together with a lot of herbs!
