When I am driving around in the countryside with one of the old local men, I often point at a house and ask if it for sale. In most cases the answer is no. I must have pointed at this particular house near Sessame at least 10 times over the years and every time, the answer was the same. Until just last week, where Giovanni with great joy announced that he some good news and that the house near Sessame now was for sale! Since it was a perfect sunny day, we jumped in the car and went to take a closer look at the property and to take pictures.
And what a property! This is really a spectacular place with lots of potential to create something quite unique.
With only 2 minutes from Sessame, 6 km to Bistagno, 12 km to Acqui Terme this is a very central location.
